Update

Greetings!  It has been a busy 2014!  Certain other jobs and obligations have gotten in the way of bringing Volume III of Captain Cheeseball to life; however, I did want to let people know that the story IS in the process of being written as we speak.  AND, as a token of my good will, I present to you gift... A PREVIEW of the beginning of Volume III book VII!   ENJOY!!!

The Meeting with the Goddess
BOOK VII:

Control Room 308

‘Are you ready Captain?  To continue your adventure?’

Captain Cheeseball could hardly focus on her words.  She was the most BEAUTIFUL goddess he’d ever seen.  Come to think of it, she was the ONLY goddess he’d ever seen.

‘Follow me, captain’.  As Pera, the Goddess of Worthiness walked off,  the captain floated after her, completely smitten.

Pera led the captain through a large steel door into a control center.  There were lights and futuristic computer screens everywhere being operated by other mini-goddesses.  Pera spoke MANY words, but again, Captain Cheeseball was only partially listening.  He was more interested in studying Pera’s beautiful features.  Then, he heard some words that shook him out of his trance.

“Wait, what was that last part?!?!?”, the captain said.

‘The spell has run its course.  The other goddesses and I are leaving Carnival Island now.  You must find your friends and leave the island immediately.  Things are not as they seem.” Pera and the other goddesses stood in the center of the room.

“Yes, Yes… But, what was that last part you said?”

“Carnival Island is going back to what it was before we cast our spell on the island… Zombie Island”.

With that, the goddesses disappeared.  Captain Cheeseball turned quickly to the computer screen and saw a video of the guy who greeted them at the entrance to the park.  The image flickered with static and when it cleared up, he saw the man for what he really was…  A ZOMBIE!!!  He had ALWAYS BEEN a zombie.  The spell made him look normal, but he was really and truly A ZOMBIE!!!

“Ahhhhh!!!!’  Captain Cheeseball let out a long scream.

A ghostly voice hit the captain’s ears, “Remember… get your friends off the island immediately!”

Update

Greetings. 2013 has flown by! The plan was to have Volume III available in the spring of 2013. However, this did not happen. This was due in large part to a very positive development this past year which is the production if an animated film project. I have had a number of people ask me when the next book will be available. I'd love to say that I'll have it out sometime next year. I'm hopeful that I will be able to find the time. In the meantime, thanks for your interest and support and I look forward to getting volume III out into the world. Thanks!

Spring Update on Book III

The original plan was to get Volume III finished and out this spring; however, life got in the way a bit.  The timetable has been shifted back a bit and may get pushed back even further.  Cap City Studios is close to beginning work on a longer piece of animation which may take a lot of my time.  I may try to get the book written this month and work when I can on it over the summer and fall.  Once I get through Volume III, I'm only 1/2 way through the story.  Lots more to come!  Thanks for hanging in there.  I've had some people ask me recently when the next book will be coming out.  Hopefully soon!  Haven't abandonded it.  Thanks for the support!
